Users & Permissions

We are able to add a new user from the users page:

This user can then be delegated access to various shared on the system.

Make sure you have the Security parameter of your share set to Secure to be able to assign a user access to it.

Once this is done, there'll be a drop down allowing you to assign a type of access to any specific user.

Once that's done, accessing the share is as simple as opening up explorer, navigating to it and entering the credentials when prompted.

We can verify R/W access by coppying a file into the share.
